I wish someone would address single diners and people who have small kitchens. I would be happy to pick up food of this quality but I have no place to store for meals at best I can store two

I like the vibe here, wish I knew more about the business, I’ll bide my time.

I’m happy to see that restaurants have found a way to go forward. Now, if they would address singles and small kitchens with mini refrigerators.

Hi Penny! Thanks for your comment. As I wrote in the accompanying Cooks Without Borders story, these meals for four — eminently re-heatable — are also great for singles who can enjoy several meals from it over the course of the week. Of course that's if you're anything like me, and don't mind eating the same thing a few times. Tiny kitchen and mini fridge? Most restaurants continue to serve up regular take-out! 🙂

Yes but the take-out options are not the same as the meals you have written about. As mentioned, many times you get home with a take-out meal and it's not really good anymore. It's gone soggy, for example. The same care is not given to how the meal is packaged. And it would be nice to be able to order a meal for 2 instead of 1 or 4 or more! Just my two cents. I have had a lot of bad take-out and have really given up on it.

Well, À Table, my former client I mentioned does exactly that. You might want to check them out — their food is excellent!
